I can at least give you a benchmark on the taxi. We rented a car for the week, so I do not know for sure.

 

The cab ride from the Airport to our timeshare was $17.00, and the ride was about 25 minutes... so it should not cost you that much.

 

Both times in Aruba we did the jeeps in a group.... That is, you are in your own jeep, and the tour leader is in the front of the group. She/he brings you to different sites, gives a backround, and then lets you explore. I chose this over "on my own" because I really enjoyed hearing the history of each site. The cost was $60.00 per person and $75.00 if you only wanted 2 in the jeep.
