NCL Sun 12/18 Dive Question

My wife & I are certified divers headed out on the NCL Sun 12/18.

 

1. Are there any other divers headed out that week on the Sun?

 

2. Are there any divers with recommendations about Belize or Roatan?

 

NCL's dive excursions are expensive and I'm not familiar with their quality.

 

I've found a dive resort that caters to cruise ships and is about $75pp for a two tank dive in Roatan (Inn of Last Resort @ www.dive.com). They will pick us up at the dock if we have at least four people...

 

However, I haven't found any comparable prices for the NCL 2-tank dive trip to Tuneff (sp?) Atoll in Belize, which I think is about $135 on NCL incl. equip.

 

We're looking for a decent dive shop, with decent equipment (we rent), and not too much of a crowd.

Well we bit the bullet and scheduled our dives. Here is what we decided:

 

Cozumel: Snorkel & ATV tour (we've dived Cozumel lots already)

Roatan: 2-tank Dive with Salt & Pepper

Belize: 2-Tank Dive with NCL to Tuneffe Atoll

Cayman: Stingray Snorkel & Island Tour (our least favorite dive destination)

 

If there are any other divers interested in hooking up during the NCL Sun cruise (sailing 12/18), drop us a line. It would be fun to have some partners in crime on the trip.:cool:
