This is a huge event for both locals and tourists. San Sebastain Street in Old San Juan." We're in San Juan Friday Jan 16th will events be going on that Night? (other sites have the festival Jan 17-18). Mike Yep- Thurs- Sunday. I agree with the tons of people, crafts, music. Wall to wall people in a festive mood. Music and dance break out everywhere. It is one of the few times you are allowed to drink on the street. No real timed "events" that I know of, just party atmosphere everywhere, from mid-day to mid-morning!
