Disney Cruise Line Tortola Shore Excursions

Well...

Disney just posted Tortola shore excursions. Out of all of them, there seems to be one that we might have wanted to do. It's the North Shore & Pussers Island Tour. But once again here is the problem.

Wheelchairs need to be standard size and collapsible; no electric wheelchairs permitted. Guests must be able to board and debark the safari-bus, including three large steps.

Yes we can bring a collapsible wheelchair. Yes we can hoist our daughter up three large steps. But we would prefer not to.

Does anybody know if there are any tours or taxi services on Tortola that have a vehicle with a wheelchair lift?

It's also been our experience that calling Disney about accessable excursions is a waste of time. In the past they have told me to wait till we board and ask at the shore excursions desk. By then any excursion we might want to try will most likely be sold out.

Would we be better off just staying close to the ship and shopping there?
