Carry on beverages?

I am bringing a "fridge pack"(box of 12) of Dasani water, diet coke and sprite.

My question is can I just pack them in one carry on size suitcase with wheels and "carry it on"?
It's sorta heavy and I don't care if they look cuz it's a legal beverages on Carnival.

I did not want to waste space in my regular suitcases and risk a spill.
By the way, I am double zip lock bagging them.

So will they let me bring a suitcase through as a carry on?

You can bring the suitcase as a carryon, but they have a much smaller security scanner now. Your bag can't be larger than 11 x 17 to fit if I'm not mistaken. That's basically a small carryon with wheels.

We take 2-6 packs of water in our carry(wheel) on.
