Do we need these or do they come with the keys?

Never been on a disney cruise, do the keycards have a slot that you can put a lanyard through or do you need a lanyard with one of those plastic thingy/pouches to put the card into?

Thanks.

No slots so you need the pouch to put them in.

They do sell them in the gift shop which opens the first evening on board.

Repeat guests receive free ones upon check in.

Sorry I dont remember how much they cost but thereare plenty of them for sale. some geared for kids by design others adults.

or put your card in your pocket ....

Thanks never thought of that

Not all womans attire has pockets....and I don't always carry a purse.

Think I'm just gonna make my own lanyard though, I figure whatever they are selling them for is probably over priced.

Thanks.

How do you know you get a free lanyard if you cruised before? This will make my second one coming up. When do we ask for them? On the boat or at the port?

Any lanyard with a pouch will do. Like one person said just pick on up or look for any ones you got at a convention or conference. As for the Castaway Member lanyards, you do get one during check-in after your first cruise. In addition you get to check-in using the Castaway Member line. You will also receive a Castaway Member gift in your stateroom.

Castaway Cay is the Island that Disney owns. No worries I used to say the same thing. hee hee.
