Just read that some passengers are receiving boarding passes showing Navy Frontier Pier as embark area for San Juan.

Does anyone know where this is at?

Can anyone confirm this report?

The Navy Frontier Pier is between Old San Juan and the Pan Am Pier. If you tell your taxi driver what ship you are sailing, they will take you to the correct place.

Hi! I'm also taking that cruise on Jan 25th. I received an email notification and if you access your reservation on the Princess website you can print an up to date boarding pass.

 

The address for the Navy Frontier Pier is 408 Fernandez Juncos. Nearby hotels are the Normandie and Hilton Caribe.

We are also leaving from the Naval Pier on the 25th of Jan. Since this pier is mainly only used for cargo do you think they will have the duty free shops there before you board the ship? We want to buy our alcohol there but don't want to take a chance and have no shop there!
