Casino question

If you go to the casino and give the "dealer" your seapass card for $100 worth of chips they will charge you $103 on your account? Sooooo you need to bring cash if you want to avoid this charge? Is there a fee for cashing a check-what about ATM. on ship?

I know there was an ATM on Freedom in November; I believe the fee to use it is $6...quite expensive.

My understanding is that we were allowed to cash ONE check during the entire voyage for $250 total because we had an AMEX card...the limit was $200 without AMEX.

We never used our seapass for the casino to avoid the charges. We carried cash and used that.
