I am booking a Late March cruise on the Orchestra,can anyone tell me if they have switched from lira to american dollars for on-board purchases and charges?:confused:

Yes, my TA confirmed that the Orchestra is now operating with US dollars.

Currency in Italy is the Euro. The TA was in dollars.

Italian lira? OMG, that were the times when the God walked on the ground in Italy! Everything doubled in price when they started with Euro (maybe 10 years ago...). :)
