Best Rain Forest Excursion???

We are going on the 10 day Horizon cruise that visits, among other ports, Costa Rica, Panama and Honduras.

 

We are looking for the best place to see the rainforest. We have a group of four adults - and among them, two photography nuts - so we would like to have something that allows us to see the forest as up close as possible - and allows for great photo opportunities.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
