Shipwreck Cove excursion

One of the excursion offerings on our Carnival cruise is "Castaway Barefoot Sail & Snorkel to Shipwreck Cove." It says you can see sunken ships. Is this a good snorkel choice or should we decide on another? I think the other part of it is beach time at Buck Island.

We just booked this excursion for our upcoming trip in July. I think it is a catamaran sail and snorkeling trip, but no beach time included. Free rum punch on the 45 minute trip back!:)
