Charges on RCI?

With all the talk of increased charges at JR's, steaks in the dining room, etc, I have a question.

Is there anywhere that RCI lists stuff they charge for? I don't mean everything that's for sale ion the ship, I mean small stuff that people might not know there is a charge for until they ask. Or stuff where there is no charge in the morning but charges for later in the day. like fruit juices. This all gets very confusing.

For instance, someone said they were charged $4.00 (or something like that) for a glass of fruit punch in the dining room when it is free in Windjammers.

Someone else mentioned charges for chocolate milk in the dining room. Are these all listed in their menu as 'extra' or do they just surprise you with a slip to sign after you order?
