Carnival Miracle Dec 6/09 Christmas Cruise?

Hi...We were thinking of taking this sailing but were wondering if it would have a Christmas theme to it. In past experiences has anyone sailed in early December (around the 1st or 2nd week) and had a Christmas cruise with decorations and such or is it too early? Thanks!

I think you'll find, if you check some reviews from this past holiday season, that the ships are decorated fairly early. I've sailed the past 3 years in mid-December and I know that the reviews prior to my sailings had stated that the ships were decorated. They may even have them done for the Thanksgiving sailings. Don't know.

I sail in mid-December because it's before the kiddies are out for break and the prices are much better than over the actual holidays. I don't sail for the Christmas decorations and would actually prefer to NOT have Christmas music blaring on the speakers.

Bah, humbug! Yes, that's me! I like to go to the Caribbean and get away from it all, not have it follow me! :p
