We have always cruised by selecting a specific cabin at time of booking. We look at what is above the cabin, next to the cabin and how close/far from elevators. These factors are very important to us. We have had good and have had bad locations.

All depends on you and your budget and what is available at the time you book. What ever you decide, I hope you have a great cruise.
