Why is the Golden in the wrong place?

I was looking at the Golden web cam Thursday to see the port in Lahaina but it showed it heading back to Ensenada. I'm pretty sure it was suppose to be in Lahaina, hopefully I'm wrong. The day before it showed it leaving Kauai early. Has anyone heard anything about it. We are suppose to board it this Wed. and head to Hawaii.

Seems to be where its supposed to be, maybe it missed a port due to weather/sea conditions?

Here is a link to a report in the Maui News about high winds. Due to high winds, the captain of the Golden Princess did not allow passengers to disembark on the tenders.

One thing to remember about the Hawaiian cruises is that the ports aren't always done in the same order from one sailing to another.

 

But in this case, it probably was what was mentioned above that a port was missed.

I remember finding that out the on the second B2B to Hawaii. I had done the route once so knew which way round the trip was and was too busy doing other things to read the patter. I got off the ship in Hilo and stood on the jetty thinking this is wrong, then realised we were in Nawiliwili!
