When is formal night on Century 5 night

Please advise which night is formal night on the Century 5 night cruise--Miami, Key West, sea day, Grand Cayman, sea day, Miami.

It's the 2nd night of the cruise. I called Celebrity to find out so we could book Muranos......when are you sailing? We are doing this cruise on Feb 23rd

I will be on the Feb 9 cruise. Seasoned cruiser, but first time on Celebrity. Thought formal night might be on first sea day of the cruise. Glad to know it is the second night of cruise (Key West). Would have guessed wrong!

Is there anything different about having dinner in Murano on formal night vs. any other night? Just curious since that's the night we have our Murano reservations, also.
