We are booked on Millie 10/1/04 Venice to Barcelona, We dock @ 5 P.M. the night before disembarkation with the evening free in barcelona , Does anyone know if we can leave @ our discretion ,in order to get an early flight out , of course we would take our own luggage

I believe you can... (How could they find you and force you to return to the ship?)...

...but why on earth would you want to?

We took this cruise last year and it was absolutely phenomenal...

But, we stayed around Barcelona for another two nights following disembarkation...and my suggestion to everyone is that they do the same...

 

BTW, unlike some cruises, where you pull into port and wait around for the ship to clear customs the morning of disembarkation, there are no customs to clear...So, the only thing making you disembark in any order is the system of luggage handling...

 

If you are carrying off your own luggage, I would imagine you could arrange to disembark whenever you want...
