NCL Sun dec 25th sail; Any fellow snorkelers?

We are a couple in our 40's from NY going on the NCL Sun's W Carribbean cruise on Dec 25-Jan 1st...We spotted some really interesting charters to Cozumel and Grand Cayman where you rent a private boat snorkel and have a private tour with captain and private guide to 3 or 2 snorkeling spots. It is too costly if the 2 of us do this alone but with 4 to 6 people it can be as reasonable as 64-75 a person. We are open to either but this appealed to us because we are looking to be with a small group 6 -10 passengers on our own boat so that we can avoid large groups.
