Both Gumbalimba Park AND Fins and Flippers?

I don't think so, the only way you can go late to Fins and Flippers is if you are on another Anthony Key excursion then they will bring you over late

You can go to Fins n Flippers any time of the day. You do not have to be on a Anthony's Key excusion. Their water taxi runs all day up to 30 minutes prior to all on board.
