Could anyone help me? We are traveling to South America on the Sun on Feb 1st. Would like to do a bar set up for our room but when I called NCL ithey said it has to be set up after you check in. Is this right?

nope, you may be too late as they do have a 14 day cut off, but exceptions sometimes are made. Email: groupcoodinatorsun@ncl.com and do it asap.
