Speecialty restaurant cost for kids??

I seem to remember that kids were half price in specialty restaurants-can anyone confirm this?

It seems to depend on the wait person as I have gathered. Yes, I think 1/2 price is probably standard. Some have said there was no charge (I doubt that) some have said no charge if they order off the kids menu (I buy that one) some say 1/2 for kids and some say full for kids. Guess I didn't help much did I?/LOL

Last year on the Dawn there was no charge for kids if they ordered off the children's menu.
