Ruby Princess - Emerald Deck

I'm looking to at two mini-suites on the Emerald Deck of the Ruby for a honeymoon cruise :D. The rooms are E724 and E728. Are these balconies covered? Is this a good location? Is it a loud and/or private area? Should I go to a mini-suite on another deck or stick with a balcony stateroom? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

The emerald deck mini suites are all covered and the dolphin are all open. There are only 12 emerald minis. The last one on each side either 730 or 731 have the double size balcony. We have had both cabins and love the size of the balcony and privacy. Cabin 731 is quieter than 730 as they are both over Club Fusion. Just 730 is directly above the band area. But I wouldn't hesitate to book either one. You do have more movement at the back of the ship. But the balcony size is worth it. Grab either one if you can.

Emerald deck (odd numbered) mini's are the best. Even numbers are closer to the Bandstand below.

If switching to a balcony cabin, I'd suggest Caribe Deck, largest balcony and they are half covered and half open to the sky.
