cassieroll Posted January 25, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2009 I'd like to send an email or a letter of praise for a RCCL reservationist/certified vacation planner and was wondering if anyone had an email address? I have received outstanding customer service and wanted to praise the woman who has helped me. :D

transam84 Posted January 25, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2009 I just want to mention that I did send a letter of praise for a vacation specialist through the website and they really are recognized. I got a response back from RCI and thanking me for the message and letting me they would be contacting the rep. So, it really is nice to send a message if you get exceptional service, it does not go unrecognized.

KeywestK Posted January 26, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 26, 2009 I totally agree. A couple of months ago I had an issue with RCI and was referred to the Resolutions Department where I was helped by an excellent customer service rep. He was totally committed to a good outcome and worked with me on the phone for nearly an hour to that end. At the end of our conversation, I asked for his name, as well as the name of his supervisor. I wrote a letter of congratulations to the supervisor, telling him what an excellent experience I had with this employee with regards to my issue. A couple of weeks later, I received a telephone call from RCI thanking me for taking the time to write that letter, and that a copy would go in to this employee's personnel file. If you receive superior service, it's nice to to recognize it with a letter or an email. Karen
missbogota Posted January 26, 2009 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2009 It is so nice to hear others are writing Thank You emails as well! With all the complaining on these posts, at least there are still people who take the time to say Thank You!!!
