LIR on HAL question

Before the lecture from the savvy gamblers, I am aware that Let it Ride is not very good odds for the player. I enjoy the game. That being said, can anyone confirm whether LIR on a HAL ship offers the 3-card bonus? I am a HAL newbie, but sailed a few years ago on Carnival Glory and they had that feature. I find that the 3-card bonus feature seems to allow longer play on the same stake. In particular, we will be sailing on the Veendam in June after its refurb.
