Both Referral Rewards and Share the Wealth?

We're considering an Alaska cruise and some friends that have never cruised with Princess may go with us. Can they use both the "Share the Wealth" coupons and the "Referral Rewards" credits? I couldn't find anything that said they can't but....wondered if there's anybody out there that's done it. Thanks for any help!!!
