Golf-Casa de Campo

Has anyone played golf when docked at Casa de Campo? How did you make the arrangements. WE have tried thru the resort and they told us to make them thru the golf pro on the ship-Celbrity says to make them thru the resort. Very frustrating.

We are going on Costa and were told the same thing, make reservations through the golf pro on board. Teeth of the Dog is supposed to be one of the best in the Caribbean as well as the world. The green fee is about $250.
