Prague to Budapest April

I am thinking of the AMAWaterway Budapest to Prague April 3rd starting in Budapest cursing to Prague and spending three nights in Prague or April 7th with three nights in Prague and then cruising to Budapest. .

Anyone know what to expect as to weather and would leaving the 7th make that much of a difference in weather? In addition, the one leaving the 3rd would mean that the first in Prague would be on Easter. Any problem with that? The 7th one would wind up with Easter in Linz, Austria.

Any comments welcome.
