flagger Posted January 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2009 What is the earliest time you can check in for the Mille in Seward in Alaska? Thanks a bunch! Flagger

GMoney Posted January 29, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 29, 2009 I can't comment on Millie specifically, but I have boarded Radiance at the same place and boarded around 11am. The process was painless as the place was deserted. The trickle starts when the train arrives from ANC between 11 - 1130 and then the pace increases from there. I'm sorry I can't answer your question more effectively, but wanted to offer what little I know.
flagger Posted January 29, 2009 Author #4 Share Posted January 29, 2009 Thanks How late did the Radiance leave. I think Mille leaves at 9PM. I may want to do Kenai Fjords before the cruise.
Budget Queen Posted January 29, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 29, 2009 Thanks How late did the Radiance leave. I think Mille leaves at 9PM. I may want to do Kenai Fjords before the cruise. I would definately highly recommend the Kenai Fjords boat tours over any early embarkment. :) In Alaska I am never in any rush to get on the ships, and have gotten on in the evening most trips. There are so many wonderful activites to enjoy, if of interest in both Seward and Whittier.
GMoney Posted January 29, 2009 #6 Share Posted January 29, 2009 We left at 9pm too; I just can't recall what time muster drill was. As BQ states, there's plenty of time to do the KF tour before you sail.
