Bring supplies for Guatemala

Does anyone know where I can "check in" the goods that I am bringing to the children's school in Guatemala? I was told to let customs know that I will be leaving the ship with these items when we get to Guatemala. Do I go to customs when I get to the port in Tampa or talk to someone on the ship?

You will need to talk with the Guest Relations Manager onboard at the front desk as soon and you get onboard and they will give you a form to fill out. I also do have the name and number of the customs agent in Guatemala. You just have to make sure you only declare under $600.00
