Where to eat in the Old Walled City?

Hi! We'll be in Cartagena for such a short time, only 4 hours...and are going to take a taxi to the Old Walled City and do our own walking tour. Along the way, we would like to have some authentic Colombian food....where should we plan on doing this in the Old Walled City?

 

We have to be back on the ship by Noon, 12:30 at the very latest. Will places be open that early for lunch?

 

Also, while in the Old Walled City, we will also want to buy Colombian coffee. Where will be the best place for that?
