Weather in Sept from Prague to Bucharest

We will be leaving Toronto and travelling with the Avalon Tranquility, starting with 3 days in Prague and heading to Bucharest. The entire trip will be 20 days. Can anyone tell us what to expect the average weather will be at that time. We expect we will need to layer up for cool days.

I was in Prague in September and you are definitely right about dressing in layers. I carried around a scarf, a beanie that covered my ears, and even gloves. These items were easily stored in my jacket pockets if not needed if the sun was out. It got chilly at night walking across the Charles Bridge, yet, I was able to participate in an evening bike tour of Prague. Again, I would have to say, the most invaluable item of clothing I had was the scarf my wife threw into my luggage at the last minute!
