Limo Help Airport to Hotel FQ

Need help getting a cheap limo, from the airport to hotel in FQ probably Crown Plaza. Told extreme elegance is really bad but, they have cheap rate $40 for a stretch limo. Mr. Limo's number has been disconnected, any one have any suggestions.

 

 

Almost temped to book EE and if they no show then take a taxi, but this trip is a present to my Girl Friend, and this is part of the surprise.

Airport Limousine Service: Non Scheduled walk up limousine and sedan service available from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) and the French Quarter. The rate is $35.00 for one or two people and $10.00 per additional passenger for up to 8 passengers (total vehicle capacity). Limousine information desks are located on the lower level baggage claim areas.

Have you also tried doing an online yellow pages search for limos in New Orleans and going to their websites? You would just need a one way transfer.

Sure, have on the phone book. Has any one used the limo transfer service at the airport? Looked it up a few weeks ago but all the limo companies tell me they want $75? 40 bucks more for pre arranged?

I've heard from several people that the best thing to do is just walk up to the desk and get your limo once you arrive. I called and was quoted a rate of $50 to take 4 people to the French Quarter.
