Trimlife or Dreamshape???

Hi Sillig. I don't know anyone that ever has. Really, the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to make some real lifestyle changes. A pill won't do that. The only way is the old fashioned way. Eat a good nutritios diet and watch your portions. Daily excersize, min 30 minutes of cardio each day, is a must. If you put together a sensible diet and excersize, you WILL lose weight (if you really need to, that is). Diet pills are a waste of your money and will likely ruin your metabolism.
