Anyone Cruised On Her Since The Refurbishment? Is The Smell Gone And What Did They Do? Thanks For Any Info.

Hi Faye,

I just had to post & say maybe we will see you in Bermuda, we are sailing on Grandeur on July 17, 2005! Its only a 5 night & it will be way to short but better then not going at all! I too am interested in hearing about the refurbishment. Read on another post that a pipe was fixed that was causing the sewer smell. We sailed on her in July 04 & noticed the smella few times ( not a big deal ) but we like the ship so much we are sailing her again 7/05!

Just got off the grandeur and everything was in tip top shape!!!

had an excellent cruise....

Supposedly they pulled up some carpet and replaced some upholstery.....could not tell as it all matched (old and new)

Ship was great and we experienced no problems....

Did notice a slight odor in port coming from front lower part of ship, barely perceptable....

any other questions?
