Kids Program on Celebrity

I'm think about doing a 14 night hawaii cruise on the Infinity with our 7 year old and had a few questions about Celebrity's kids program.

1. Are they open when in port?

2. Do they have any dinner options for kids other than the main dining room?

3. Do they have evening hours?

4. Is there a kids pool area or an enlcosed pool on the Infinity?

Thanks

Scott

Hi Scott,

I will try to answer some of your questions. Celebrity has the Celebrity Cadets for kids age 7 - 9. The hours are 9am -12 noon, then 2pm -5pm and then 7:30 pm - 10pm. For a small fee kids 3- 12 can participate in the afternoon party from noon - 2pm on port days and the slumber party daily from 10pm -1 am. the kids must be signed in and out by a parent. On the formal nights kids can participate in a " Parents Night Out" party which includes a pizza party for dinner and a complimentary slumber party.

Baby sitting in your cabin is $8.00/ hour and arrangements must be made 24 hours in advance via stateroom services. The regular fees for the Afternoon party and the slumber party is $6.00/ hour. Most ships have a kids pool as well. If you have any more questions I'll try to answer them. Here is the number to get in touch with the people who run the kids program. 1-305-539-6758. Also if you booked with a travel agent they should be able to supply you with a mini brochure about the program.

Have a great cruise

Alicia

Scott,

Most of the time we'd pick up the kids (5 & 6 yrs.) at 5 from the kids program, go for a swim, then get them some pizza and fries from the pizza bar and some fruit from the healthy eating area by the spa pool. We had late seating so we'd check the kids in to the kids program at 7 then we'd shower and get ready for a long, relaxed late dinner at 8:30. We tried a couple of times to do dinner with the boys and it was just too late and long for them, not to mention they were dying to get upstairs to the kids program. First seating would probably work better for dining together but we booked our cruise too late- it fills up very fast.

Their kids programs are wonderful and made our cruise unforgettable for everybody.
