Three Boats in Port

When we arrive at the end of March there will be three boats docked...Not sure when we get in on NCL- says 8am but have read others say 10am.

 

Question-Want to have a beach day, should we pre-book at a beach club or chance it at the dock and book. With that many ships in, will we have have negotiating power? I want two beach chairs and some possible shade.

 

What do you suggest?
