Transportation from fll cruiseport to mia

We will be disembarking from the Soltice in FLL a week from Sunday and we will need to go to a hotel near MIA. There will be 4 of us, is it best to catch a cab or use a car service? How much should it cost?

On Feb 2nd, we had no plans but needed to do the same thing. We took a free shuttle from the cruise port to the Thrifty counter. (Thrifty shuttle). We got a special $48 total to rent a Dodge Caravan type vehicle for the day. We drove to Miami and dropped it at that airport location, and got the hotel shuttle back. This may be a good deal for you if you can find a similar price, and it is split 4 ways!
