Tell me more about the sun

Can those who have sailed the Sun tell me something about her that would intice me to sail her? Now that she is moving to Port Canaveral and I like the itinerary (Key West) I would like to hear more about the ship. Tips, secrets, dining , staff , layout etc... I am not one for the west coast so when I saw she was moving east My ears perked up.
