OK, so I lost my sunglasses in Barbados, and my second pair broke. When we got off the ship in St Lucia and ran 'the gauntlet' of taxi drivers trying to offer us tours inside the 'mini mall', we found a FABULOUS place right across the street called (are you ready for this?) Wings of Love!

 

They had cheap US 6.00 sunglasses by the wallful, and, as you wandered towards the right rear of the store, tons of costume jewelry for very affordable prices. No, it's not diamonds or David Yurman, but the junk jewelry is arranged by color, so you can match each and every piece of your cute casual cruisewear.

 

Don't let the marked prices scare ya--an item marked $10.00 is their local currency, and translates to about US 4.00. Ladies, you can go crazy for very little $$$.

 

Goofy name, but what a selection of costume jewelry! Anyone else find this place?
