stop the swaying!!!!!!

Help, have been off the ship for two days now and the swaying is getting worse - someone please relieve my pain - i promise i'll write a review of an awesome cruise but i need the swaying to stop first!!!!!

Last March I sailed the msVeendam (HAL) and for about 4 days after the cruise I was running into the corners of countertops, doorknobs, walls.

...and you thought "sealegs" was just an expression!

Oh boy, I know the feeling! But for once I have to give my allergies a big thank you....it seems my medicine has antihistmine* that is actually used for treating sea sickness, it must work cause since I've been on this medicine (allegra) and taken 3 cruises, no effects of swaying or feeling of motion.

When we got off the Mariner last week... we got right into a car for 13 hours. The next day, even sitting at my desk, I STILL felt like I was moving. You know what, as soon as I started working on my next cruise... it did go away!

My friend and I got so used to asking each other "did you feel that?" in relation to the motion felt onboard that when we got back on dry land and back at work we would STILL be asking it! We seriously thought things were moving... so weird.

You should still continue to take the Bonine or start taking it. It is not only used for motion sickness but for people w/ dizziness or vertigo.
