Private Guide in Singapore

We will have a full day and night in Singapore at the end of one segment of a cruise and the beginning of the next. Has anyone used a private guide who could take us around for the day and possibly to the Evening Safari? Judy

Hi Judy, we are going on the LOS Feb 28 cruise, Singapore to Shanghai. We are arriving the afternoon before and staying at the Four Seasons. The hotel has arranged a guide and driver for a city tour before taking us out to the ship but advises me that a taxi to the Night Safari is sufficient. You dont need a guide, tickets can be bought on line ahead of time. We have a reservation at the restuarant for dinner. When are you going? I will be happy to let you know how it went if there is time for that to do you any good before your trip.
