"Old Panama City Tour" - Princess Cruises Shore Excursion

Has anyone taken the "Old Panama City Tour" through Princess Cruises? Do you recommend this tour? It says that it is 5.5 hrs long. What time +/- does the tour take you back to Cristobal Pier? Does it give you enough time to look around before you have to board again? What is there to see/do in Cristobal Pier?
