Irish pub in Cozumel

Our TA said when they were in Cozumel in August they found a place called Kelley's Irish pub. When we were there in Nov with a cruise form our TA's no one could find it,even the TA who had been there before. She said it was in the shopping area down one of the side streets. Anyone know where it is??
