How do I find the names of the senior officers on a Seabourn cruise?

The owner of a new restaurant in our area is a former beverage manager on Seabourn. We are going to be on the Pride on May 12 and I would like to see if he knows any of the crew.

His name is Michael Pearce. He now runs a very nice restaurant in Fairfax, VA. Originally from New Zealand and met his wife on Seabourn.

 

Let me know the names of the Pride crew members so I can ask him if he knows any of them.

It is the Wine House in Fairfax City. It is between University and Route 123 on North Street. It is not on the street, but in a plaza along with the Austin Grill and a few other places. Very nice restaurant; we have eaten there many times.
