Caviar

Last December, caviar was available (off-menu) from room service (delivered to your room, the Club, the Sky Bar or your chaise lounger) and you could also order it as an appetizer in the Restaurant (also off-menu). Generous portions of caviar were doled out during the formal night parties, too.

Does "off-menu" mean extra charge?
