How much is it to get to Rima's and is it worth it?

I have been going to SXM for over 25 years.....Rima is a great store if you are looking for gifts to bring home. All the vendor that sell items on the pushcarts and on the beach buy their items at Rima. Beach cover ups are around $8....T-shirts use to be 3 for $10....may have gone up a little since last visit. They have great shirt, bracelets, wind chimes, T's, beach coverups....the store is clean and large and a ton of choice. Happy Shopping....best way to get there is take the water ferry over to Front St......walk pass Court House....up side street Court House would be on your left.....pass "push carts"....continue walking until you hit the Salt Pond which is the main street......take a left and continue walking until you see a big Yellow Rima Flag on left hand side.....about a 10 minute walk from ferry.

Most Credit Card companies are now charging a 3% or more foreign transaction fee. I know B of A does.

 

Check Capital One, they do not have the "foreign transaction fee" of 3% as of August but that could change any minute...

We were at Rima's this past Wednesday. We had rented a car, and we stopped by Rima's on our way back to town to return the car. They had some good deals.
