Best way to get from ship to Venice Airport

At the end of the cruise, what is the easiest way to get to the Venice Airport?

Easiest would be a land taxi or reserve a limo at venice-limo dot com

Land taxi or private limo is the EASIEST but not the cheapest....the easiest and cheapest is to take the free shuttle from the ship to Piazzale Roma where the bus terminal is located (a very short distance from the ship) and get the bus from there straight to the airport for about 4 euros per person. Very easy and economical, especially if you don't have too much luggage.

Like most ports, are there taxis lined up or is it hard to get one. Also, would you have any idea of the cost?
