Beijing independent shore excursion

We were lucky enough to visit Beijing for 2 days last April and had a very memorable trip with an independent operator. I've now updated my travel blog with some reflections on our experience. Check it out if you'd like at:

If you're considering this trip for yourself, esp with HAL, I say do it! It's the best itinerary I've ever been on.

We used the following tour operator and they were GREAT! Our tour was as followed. We also used them in Shanghai with pick up at the cruise terminal. The cost was $75 per person per day with guide, car and private driver. It was quite reasonable and wonderful. Pat

We used the same service and payed a slightly higher price. But the savings off the shore ex price onboard was phenominal. Plus it was customized, pwersonalized and private. We were thrilled with our choice in both Beijing and Shanghai.
