rainy season

We are considering changing our cruise to the Carnival Freedom to Costa Rica and Panama Canal in June. I am concerned about the weather as I have read that it is the rainy season. Does it rain every day? Has anyone been during the rainy season????

We were in Costa Rica for a year and while in the center of the country it does not rain from Nov. thru May - it may rain along the Carribbean coast during that time. The rainy season starts with a little rain for a few minutes each day and gets worse as the month progress. By October it can rain almost every day for most of the day. Comes November and it is dry again. June should not be a big problem.
