All of the menus are the same fleet wide, and my observations have been that they are usually around for at least a year.

I don't believe that there is a set schedule for menu changes. If I remember correctly, however, some changes were made last summer. They never change everything totally. They just cycle some things off and add a few new things.

Last RCI cruise I went on was in 2006 and I am GLAD that escargot is still on the menu this year, that would have been a sad change. The food was good this time around, but I am so spoiled with such good food at home, nothing really stuck out as spectacular, except the escargot.
